Vlasic & Roth Capital to Sponsor VTS at Midwest Growth Capital Symposium

April 20, 2022 Brighton, Michigan

Michael Roth, V&R Capital Managing Partner will present investment and sponsorship of VTS equity raises at the Midwest Growth Capital Symposium May 17th & 18th. The event, hosted by the University of Michigan’s Zell Lurie Institute, highlights growing Midwest companies seeking seed capital through Series A/B funding along with industry trends and expert insights. John Chwalibog, CEO, will be sharing the company strategy at MGCS alongside Michael Roth.

Virtual Tours LLC, now more commonly known by the tagline ‘Virtual Technology Simplified’ was founded in 2017 by John & Kelly Chwalibog to fill a need for creating digital twins of buildings and infrastructure without relying on expensive hardware, complex technology or highly skilled operators. Digital twins are highly detailed replicas or models of physical spaces — all created from data. Across telecommunications, infrastructure, architecture, engineering and construction (AEC), digital twins are highly valued for planning, design, asset management and project engineering. In the last year, VTS has created thousands of digital twins by scanning over 2,800 sites encompassing 6.2M sq. ft in 30 states. The critical expansion into telecommunications helped VTS realize revenue growth of 350% in 2021 as compared to 2020.

VTS leadership combines 100 years of cutting-edge technology experience with 3D, lidar and photogrammetry technology. The team of reality capture specialists have a revolutionary software tool that sets a new standard for creating digital twins of buildings and structures with an iPhone or iPad, removing the barriers of expensive technology and skilled operators.

VTS’ two-fold strategy entails transformation into a hybrid business model (Service + SaaS) with expansion into high growth verticals. Target markets include critical infrastructure, heavy industry and commercial properties. Funds for initial software release are already on hand and public release is planned in early Summer 2022.

Accurate reality capture of sites and properties is feasible with the technology that is readily available in an iphone or ipad. V&R is an invaluable partner. Their guidance along with capital is the reason we have come this far.
— John Chwalibog, CEO, VTS
