VTS – Virtual Technology Simplified Secures Funding for Growth

Virtual Technology Simplified Closes Oversubscribed Funding Round

Brighton, Michigan; July 26, 2021 – Virtual Technology Simplified, led by CEO/Founder John Chwalibog, closed its first round of funding on July 15th.  The raise was sponsored by V&R Capital. After a momentous kick off when the 7-figure raise minimum was exceeded within 30 minutes of accepting indications of interest, the funding round was oversubscribed at close. Individual and institutional investors spanning the nation participated in funding this next phase of VTS growth. Investors include lidar and drone equipment suppliers, insurance brokerages and providers, financial advisors, as well as executives from the multi-family housing, advertising, facilities services, and legal professions.

For VTS, the digital-twin company on track for over 400% year-over-year growth in the next 12 months, the raise expedites strategic initiatives including software development, recruitment of key personnel, implementation of Salesforce®, and reducing the cost of capital. With key hires in place in major markets, this investment will fund deployment of industry leading hardware and software solutions proven to reduce costs and accelerate the pace of business for VTS' insurance and telecommunications clients nationwide.

The sponsors of the raise, Vlasic & Roth Capital LLC, provided VTS a competitive interim credit vehicle when growth spiked last winter in the height of the pandemic. With that runway in place to allow uninterrupted growth, V&R's team of Michael Roth, Jeffrey Vlasic and Mark Herman partnered with VTS management to implement a contemporary governance model and capital structure. Initiatives included the implementation of V&R's Value Growth Process, transition of legal, accounting, human resources, insurance, and technology platforms, as well as shifting from contracted to employed staff for most positions.
